I'm working with an international Law Firm, seeking a Senior level HRBP/HR Manager to join the function. The role is an initial 12 month FTC, but the firm are seeking candidates that would like to go permanent beyond this point, since this is a real possibility. There is a preference to candidates with Legal Sector experience. Salary - £90k-£110k. Location - London. Hybrid approach - 2 days in office per week. This is a role for a true HRBP who is looking for exposure to Partners and Senior Leadership across the practice groups. This Senior HR Business Partner blends strategic advisory work with hands on delivery, supporting key client groups across the business and acting as a senior point of contact on people matters. The successful individual will:
