Summary: The Senior HR Advisor role involves providing expert guidance on employee relations, particularly focusing on managing sickness absence within an NHS organization in the South of England. The position is for an initial 6-month contract, requiring extensive experience in employee relations. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid arrangement, primarily on-site for three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and complex advice and support to managers in absence management procedures.
- Manage a caseload of complex employee relations cases in an advisory capacity.
- Attend formal employee relations meetings and advise managers on documentation.
- Advise managers and staff on the interpretation and application of terms and conditions of service.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in employee relations, ideally within the NHS.
- Strong knowledge of sickness absence management.
- Ability to manage complex employee relations cases effectively.
- Experience in advising on terms and conditions of service.
