About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / Project Support Advisor to provide hands-on, generalist HR support. This is a fixed-term, project-focused role designed to strengthen HR capacity. You will work closely with senior HR stakeholders and operational leaders, supporting employee relations activity, consultation processes, and day-to-day HR operations throughout the project lifecycle. The role is predominantly on-site and requires flexibility, resilience, and the ability to manage a varied and fast-paced workload.
