Summary: The Senior HR Advisor role is a 12-month fixed-term contract focused on supporting strategic and operational HR activities within the HR Business Partnering team. The position requires building strong relationships with stakeholders and managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The role is hybrid, based in either Leeds or Manchester, UK, and aims to enhance employee engagement and retention in an international business context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Deliver trusted HR guidance aligned with business objectives.
- Implement initiatives that support organisational development and performance.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Coordinate secondments, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Advise on and manage employee relations matters including absence and benefits queries.
- Ensure consistent and fair application of policies.
- Assist with the performance review cycle, including training needs analysis and salary review processes.
- Support progression and promotion processes.
- Produce and interpret HR management information reports.
- Lead or contribute to HR-related projects and internal initiatives.
- Support delivery of engagement surveys and analyse results for action planning.
Key Skills:
- Proven generalist HR experience with strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capabilities.
- Graduate level education and/or CIPD qualification (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work independently and manage complex and varied workloads.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
