Summary: An opportunity for a Senior HRIS / Workday Analyst has emerged within the HR Operations team of a global organization in London, offering a 9-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on supporting the rollout of the UK Workday Payroll module and enhancing Workday functionality across EMEA and APAC regions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in configuring Workday, particularly in Core HCM and Payroll, while thriving in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to HR and HRIS teams by diagnosing and resolving Workday configuration issues
- Assist with configuring, testing, and documenting business processes to facilitate payroll implementation
- Contribute to the rollout of new Workday Payroll features, including report creation and bulk data uploads
- Perform audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with global HR, Finance, and Technology teams to manage system enhancements and integrations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for queries and support related to Workday Payroll
- Work closely with implementation partners to guarantee a smooth and successful payroll deployment
- Support project tasks and contribute to ongoing system improvements across EMEA and APAC regions
Key Skills:
- Over 5 years of experience configuring Workday modules, including Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Security, and preferably Payroll
- Proficient in Workday reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis
- Experienced with EIBs and other data integration tools
- Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Solid understanding of HR operations, workflows, and compliance requirements
- Trusted to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders confidently
- Team-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration
