Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide international employment law–aligned HR and employee relations advice to client.
  • Draft and review HR policies, contracts, and advisory reports.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and roundtables for clients.
  • Support culture and DEEI initiatives through strategic HR input.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing within the company and adding value to our client.
  • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, Talent Development & Culture teams and boards.
  • Support the operational strategy for employee engagement and relations for client group(s).
  • Provide and review management information and reports on employee engagement and relations landscape.
  • Contribute to driving and sustaining change whilst ensuring processes are clearly documented and automated.
  • Flexibility to work adjusted hours to align with the U.S. market.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, including to the U.S, as needed.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience with strong international focus, ideally in an advisory or consultancy perspective.
  • Strong understanding of international and U.S. employment law, HR compliance, and people risk management.
  • Sound operational knowledge of relevant HR/employment law and health and safety regulations.
  • Tech savvy with experience working with HRIS, ATS and Employee Engagement platforms.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and concise drafting and review capabilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A HR qualification, or a post-graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional customer service practices and behaviours with a solution focused attitude and approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to distil and communicate complex legal and factual issues to non-legal stakeholders.

Location: CONSULTANT ROLE SECONDED TO CLIENT (REMOTE/HYBRID) We are currently looking for a Senior HR Professional for a contract/consultant role based with one of our clients. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Professional with proven international experience, including the U.S., in employee relations, workplace investigations, and strategic HR advisory . This role will involve providing expert HR advisory support to our client. You will bring strategic HR insight, employee relations and a strong understanding of international, including the U.S. employment law, HR and best practice, and the ability to advise senior stakeholders on complex people issues.
