Our client is seeking a Senior HR Operations Manager to join their dynamic team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive best-in-class people management operations, foster an inclusive culture, and deliver impactful HR strategies. With parking on site This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office 2 home.
As the Senior HR Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in partnering with senior leaders to align HR practices with business goals. You’ll also lead a talented HR operations team, providing strategic guidance and ensuring that people processes are effective, compliant, and future-focused.
