Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to business performance, cost optimization, and client outcomes. Demonstrated success influencing and coaching senior executives and business leaders. Proven track record of leading organizational change, workforce transformation, and cultural initiatives. Deep expertise across talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development. Experience operating within public sector or highly regulated environments is highly desirable. Strong understanding of HR governance, compliance frameworks, and enterprise risk management.
