Summary: The Senior HR Consultant in Organisational Development will collaborate with various services to create and implement customized solutions addressing organizational challenges. This role emphasizes the application of OD methodologies and data analysis to support long-term priorities and facilitate change. The consultant will focus on key areas of the People Strategy, including wellbeing, strategic organizational change, and diversity and inclusion. The position promotes a commitment to diversity and inclusivity within the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored solutions to organizational challenges.
- Support long-term organizational priorities using OD methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Conduct data analysis to inform the design of solutions for change.
- Provide HR consultancy on wellbeing, strategic organizational change, equality, diversity & inclusion, talent, and leadership.
- Assess candidates on their alignment with organizational behaviors of respect, integrity, and flexibility during the interview process.
Key Skills:
- Experience in organizational development and HR consultancy.
- Strong understanding of OD methodologies and tools.
- Ability to conduct data analysis and apply findings to organizational solutions.

As a Senior HR Consultant in Organisation Development you'll work closely with Services to design and deliver tailored solutions to organisation challenges. Using OD methodologies, tools and frameworks you'll support long-term organisational priorities and using data analysis and OD principles you'll design solutions that will support the Services through change.
The successful candidate will provide leading practice HR Consultancy on one or more of the following areas of our People Strategy:

- Leadership
