Summary: The Senior HR Change Lead will spearhead a global HR transformation strategy, focusing on implementing strategic HR initiatives and optimizing HR operations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of new systems and technologies. The successful candidate will drive change and enhance the effectiveness of HR services worldwide while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global HR transformation strategy aligning with the organisation's goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR systems.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR transformation road-map.
  • Drive the implementation of global HR systems ensuring integration with other platforms.
  • Define and implement global HR policies ensuring consistency across all locations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance HR knowledge.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement enhancing employee experience.
  • Manage relationships with HR system vendors ensuring service level agreements are met.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Global HR Transformation Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in managing end-to-end HR processes and implementing system solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with changes in regulations and emerging technologies.

Salary (Rate): 140000
