Summary: The Senior HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in a global Luxury Fashion Brand, reporting directly to the COO. This standalone position involves ensuring adherence to HR policies, addressing HR issues, and enhancing the HR function through proactive suggestions and training. The role also encompasses overseeing employee relations, performance management, and talent development. The company offers flexibility in working arrangements, allowing for either a 4-day or 5-day work week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure line managers communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures
  • Identify and assess HR issues which need to be brought to the attention of the rest of the HR team, and act upon them as necessary
  • Take a proactive role in suggesting ideas and creating new procedures to ensure the continued improvement and development of the HR function
  • Ensure line managers in the region understand, communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures across necessary markets
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to line managers as required
  • Oversee all ER issues, including managing absence, disciplinary processes, grievances, and sickness
  • Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
  • Manage performance management, learning, and development
  • Implement the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
  • Manage talent and succession planning for recruitment and retention

Key Skills:

  • Experience in HR management, preferably in a standalone role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Senior HR Business Partner £60,000 - £75,000 + Package The company will consider the role on a 4 day or 5 day a week basis. Fella & Jones are delighted to be partnered with this global Luxury Fashion Brand in the search of an Senior HR Business Partner. This is a standalone role and will report directly into the COO.
