Summary: The Senior HR Business Partner at Twinkl will collaborate with senior leaders to align the people strategy with business goals, fostering a high-performance workforce. This role involves managing HR initiatives, overseeing the HR administration team, and utilizing HR data to drive decisions. The position is critical for supporting leadership and ensuring employees have the necessary resources for development. The role is based in Sheffield, requiring at least two days per week at the Twinkl HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders on talent planning and employee engagement.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify workforce trends and provide recommendations.
- Manage complex employee relations cases ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Support change management initiatives including organizational design and workforce planning.
- Lead and manage the HR administration team for effective HR service delivery.
