Summary: As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategies and driving HR initiatives within the organization. Your responsibilities will include coaching and advising leaders on people management issues, ensuring compliance with employment law, and enhancing employee performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with leaders to build and implement departmental people strategies for the upcoming year, focusing on reducing attrition and enhancing leadership team cohesion.
  • Working closely with COE's and Operations teams on core people processes and management of end to end ER cases.
  • Ensuring regular people processes, including performance reviews, talent identification and succession planning, while also approving changes to employee terms and conditions.
  • Identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to drive business area employee performance and foster engagement.
  • Building trusting working relationships with leaders through daily interactions and participation in departmental leadership meetings.
  • Securing business support for HR initiatives and integrating them into business areas, partnering with relevant HR subject matter experts.

IN SHORT As a Senior HR Business Partner you will help shape the future of our workforce and drive transformational HR initiatives. You will coach, advise, challenge, and provide clear direction to leaders on operational through to strategic people management issues, based on best practices and employment law.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: As the Senior HR Business Partner you will coach, advise and collaborate with leaders to design organisational structures, secure business support, and oversee cyclical people processes to enhance employee performance and ensure compliance. You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with leaders to build and implement departmental people strategies for the upcoming year, focusing on reducing attrition and enhancing leadership team cohesion.
