Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational HR partnering support to senior leaders and managers
- Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and appeal processes
- Drive organisational change, workforce planning and talent management initiatives
- Coach and influence leaders to build management capability and high-performing teams
- Analyse people data and trends to support informed decision-making and business improvement
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, projects and people-focused initiatives
- Lead on initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture and organisational effectiveness
- Partner with managers on recruitment, succession planning and workforce development activities
- Identify opportunities to improve people processes, ensuring a positive and efficient employee experience
- Collaborate with wider teams to deliver organisational priorities and strategic objectives
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience operating in a senior HR role, providing support across a broad range of people matters
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence effectively
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, combined with sound judgement and a good understanding of current HR best practice
- Experience supporting organisational change, continuous improvement, or wider people initiatives within a complex environment
Location: London
Duration: 9 month fixed-term contract
Pay rate: £60,000 per annum
Working hours: Full-time
