Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class HR advisory support to stakeholders at the manufacturing site.
  • Take full responsibility for a wide range of employee relations casework.
  • Liaise with trade unions onsite.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends in employee relations casework.
  • Upskill line managers to effectively handle people matters.
  • Support the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with generalist HR matters as required.
  • Support the Chief People Officer with HR projects and initiatives.
