Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class HR advisory support to stakeholders at the manufacturing site.
- Take full responsibility for a wide range of employee relations casework.
- Liaise with trade unions onsite.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends in employee relations casework.
- Upskill line managers to effectively handle people matters.
- Support the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with generalist HR matters as required.
- Support the Chief People Officer with HR projects and initiatives.
