Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex ER cases end-to-end (performance, absence, grievance, disciplinary).
- Provide commercially focused, pragmatic HR advice to managers and employees.
- Conduct investigations and hearings, and coach line managers through HR processes.
- Support organisation-wide initiatives including talent, change, and performance programmes.
- Contribute to TUPE processes and organisational change where applicable.
- Collaborate with the ER Manager to ensure consistency in employee relations practice.
Key Skills:
- CIPD-qualified (or equivalent), with solid HR generalist experience.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume ER casework.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and case law.
- Comfortable operating in large, fast-paced organisations (500+ employees).
- A self-starter who can work independently and confidently influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

I am looking for a confident, capable professional to join a fast-paced, dynamic team immediately on a 6-month contract.
As a Senior HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting employees and driving positive change across the business.
