Summary: The Senior HR Advisor role is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in London, requiring a hybrid working arrangement. The position involves supporting HR functions within a leading law firm, focusing on employee relations, absence management, and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a ambassador for the team, proactively developing strong working relationships across the firm
- Assisting with adhoc HR queries
- Provide support on absence management issues including monitoring sickness, return to work guidance and OH referrals
- Assisting the HR Business with employee relations issues
- Administering family leave
- Assisting the BP’S with the annual review process
- Manging probation processes for all new joiners
- Assisting with benefits administration
Key Skills:
- Have strong experience in an Advisory or Senior Advisory capacity, ideally within the professional services sector
- Excellent attention to detail
- Be CIPD qualified
- experience of using Cascade will be a bonus

My client a Law firm who are leaders in their field, are you looking to hire a Senior HR Advisor on a 6 months fixed term contract. This is a hybrid role, and you would be required in their London office 3 days a week and 2 days working from home.
Duties will include:
