Are you a proactive and people-focused HR professional looking for your next challenge? We're seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client based in Huddersfield, supporting the business with a broad range of HR responsibilities and managing one direct report.

About the Role

As the HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering effective HR support across the organisation. You'll be responsible for providing guidance on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and policy implementation, while also supporting strategic HR initiatives.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the Huddersfield office and 2 days working from home, offering flexibility and a collaborative working environment.
