This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a world-leading company while furthering your HR career in a hybrid working environment.The RoleThe Senior HR Advisor is responsible for delivering a professional HR service across the organisation, supporting line managers in implementing policies and procedures that align with Bentley Motors' People Strategy and Business Objectives. The role requires working independently within a team of Senior HR Advisors, focusing on digitisation, change management, and proactive communication to up skill line managers and address people-related issues effectively.Key Role and Daily TasksAdvise recruiting managers on offer proposals for external and internal candidates, ensuring adherence to reward and benefits guidelines.Manage complex employee relations cases, including dismissal and employment tribunal claims, using problem-solving skills and legislation knowledge.Ensure fair and consistent management of absence, flexible working requests, performance management, grievance, and disciplinary processes.Coach managers on policy best practises and the implications of non-compliance.Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to support the people consequences of organisational change initiatives.Analyse people data to identify trends and implement process improvements, creating line manager communications to address themes.Collaborate with Finance on headcount forecasting and reporting.Build manager capability in effective people management through advice, guidance, and coaching.Produce proactive and engaging manager communications to up skill the people manager population.Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.Act as a key knowledge holder, facilitating the transfer of learning to others and representing the company at different forums.Skills & QualificationsProven track record in a fast-moving generalist HR operational role.Experience managing complex employee relations cases and tribunal preparations.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Strong relationship-building skills.Experience coaching line managers.Ability to work well under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about HR delivery and digitisation.Experience in project management and implementation.Thorough knowledge of current UK employment legislation.Competent in reporting, interpreting, and presenting KPIs/data.Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP Success Factors.Degree qualified or equivalent.Post graduate CIPD diploma Level 5 (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) essential.Please be advised if you haven't heard from us within 48 hours then unfortunately your application has not been successful on this occasion, we may however keep your details on file for any suitable future vacancies and contact you accordingly.Adecco is an employment consultancy.
