Summary: The Senior HR Advisor role is a 12-month fixed-term contract within a global HR team at an international law firm, focusing on managing day-to-day HR matters for the London secretarial team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR issues for the community of the London Secretarial Team
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations cases
- Work with the Secretarial Services Manager and the HR team to undertake annual salary reviews
- Deliver high quality people advice on performance, conduct, absence, and organisational change
- Undertake return-to-work interviews after periods of sickness absence
- Undertake all secretarial recruitment in partnership with the Secretarial Manager
- Implement and maintain a Professional Skills Frameworks, talent mapping, promotions pathways etc. for the secretarial team in London
Key Skills:
- Several years' generalist HR experience at a similar level with exposure to administrative support teams, PAs and EAs
- Law firm experience highly advantageous
- Demonstrable experience identifying and leading HR and ER issues
- A positive, friendly, empathetic, and collaborative approach is essential
Salary (Rate): £60,000 yearly
