Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely distribution of pre-employee and new starter paperwork and benefits information.
  • Prepare starter and leaver documentation for staff across agreed clubs/locations.
  • Accurately input new starter, leaver, and transfer information on HR and payroll systems.
  • Support the process of DBS checks and licensing for gaming staff in conjunction with Compliance.
  • Update and maintain employee records on HR and payroll systems regarding personal and job history.
  • Manage and control reference requests and escalate concerns to Venue and HO Directors.
  • Process season ticket loan requests and associated paperwork for finance.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of paper personnel files and immigration status of all workers.
  • Provide routine HR reports as requested by the HR leadership team.
  • Process all HR invoices for payment to Finance.

What We Are Looking For In this role, you will report to the Head of HR providing administrative support to the HR team and stakeholders across the business. You will be responsible for providing full administration support in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will strive to build strong stakeholder relationships to to enhance the employee experience.

Main Responsibilities To ensure all pre-employee and new starters paperwork is sent out in a timely manner and that benefits information is provided. Preparation of starter and leaver documentation for all staff in agreed clubs/locations, including creating personnel record files. To input new starter, leaver, and transfer information accurately on all HR and payroll systems to meet required deadlines. Where required support the process of DBS checks and licencing for gaming and associated staff, in conjunction with Compliance To update and maintain employee records accurately on all HR and payroll systems regarding personal and job history. To update archive list and store leaver files. To manage and control all reference requests, including escalation of concerns to Venue and HO Directors To manage and control all other ad-hoc information requests ie mortgage letters, flat rentals, confirmation of employment. To manage and control all season ticket loan requests and process associated paperwork for finance. Responsible for all HR administration tasks as required Quarterly audit of paper personnel files with venue assistants Responsible for immigration and RTW compliance for all employees ensuring information is maintained both manually (on files) and electronically (on HR system) for real time checks and ready for presentation at planned and unannounced Border Agency inspections. Conduct quarterly audits across the Company in relation to immigration status of all workers and update central records. Admin superuser for HR systems Responsible for the provision of routine HR reports as requested by HR leadership team Responsible for processing of all HR invoices to Finance for payment
