This collaborative and proactive approach enables us to make impactful changes, improving the health of millions of patients globally.About The WorkWe re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to play a critical role in our ambitious growth plans. This role involves a deep understanding of conversion funnels, landing page optimisations, analysing qualitative and quantitative data, driving activation to purchase and working closely with media buyers and lifecycle marketers to design and implement growth experiments.We believe that a powerful blend of data and creativity fuels a successful growth engine; therefore, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing and a passion for finding creative ways to grab attention across a variety of mediums.As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Eucalyptus your key responsibilities will include:Lead and implement conversion rate experiments across our funnel from landing page through to retention.Analyse large amounts of data, identifying trends and cohorts to personalise marketing efforts.Develop a refined understanding of our customer personas, building empathy towards their pain points.Drive initiatives aimed at improving patient retention and increasing customer lifetime value.Develop a methodology to build, measure and learn from multiple experiments.Partner with other marketing team members and cross-functional team members to gather insights which can be used in our lifecycle efforts.Maintain a weekly reporting cadence to share performance metrics and insights to the wider acquisition team.About You (skills)Experience in a lifecycle or conversion rate marketing role or similarCommunicate fluently in English (bonus - if you re proficient in other European languages such as German)Collaborated with creative teams to create landing pages, emails or quiz funnels that demand attention, and drive actionProven track record of growing conversion rates and retention.Ability to clearly communicate results, key findings, and areas of opportunitiesDerive key insights from analytics platforms like Google Analytics.Been through the journey of a fast-growing start-up and understand how to excel within such an environmentSo, why join Eucalyptus?
