• Designing and evolving the group-wide risk appetite framework to enhance business decision-making.
• Supporting the annual risk appetite refresh process for Deutsche Bank Group and key entities in the US & UK.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the three lines of defense for effective risk management.
• Adjusting the group-wide risk appetite in response to unforeseen changes in the operating environment.
• Engaging key stakeholders and keeping them informed of material process changes related to group risk appetite.
• Maintaining policies and procedures in line with Deutsche Bank's policy framework.
