Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Equity & Fund Administration team.
  • Manage team workload and ensure timely, accurate processing of equity and fund transactions.
  • Work closely with legal and investment teams to onboard, monitor, and exit investments.
  • Oversee the operational review of equity and fund documentation.
  • Analyse private equity fund data and update internal systems accordingly.
  • Produce regular reports and insights on the equity portfolio.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on equity administration across the business.
  • Identify areas for improvement and help implement new systems and processes.
  • Provide cover for other operations leads when needed.
