Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end software delivery across the SDLC, supporting design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Develop scalable web applications with a strong frontend focus using Angular, Nx Workspace, pages, and libraries, alongside backend services built with Java and Spring Boot.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and guidance on engineering standards and best practices.
- Design and implement secure, resilient solutions supporting authentication, identity management, and digital security capabilities.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years' experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong enterprise application development experience.
- Expert-level frontend skills with Angular and experience with modern web architectures, plus strong backend development using Java, Spring MVC, Spring Integration, and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tooling, including Jenkins and GitHub.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions, influence stakeholders, and drive engineering outcomes.
- Experience with cloud technologies, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), monitoring tools, or Generative AI tools is highly desirable.
