Summary: This role is for a Full Stack Developer at a dynamic startup in Manchester, focusing on designing and implementing scalable frameworks and web portals. The position requires expertise in both Front End and Back End development to create user-friendly interfaces and robust server-side components. The developer will lead projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop full stack frameworks and web portals from concept to deployment.
- Architect scalable and reliable Front End and Back End systems that meet business objectives.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness.
- Lead the implementation of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and serverless computing.
- Write unit and service level tests to ensure adequate code coverage.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and advocate best practices.
- Utilize version control systems like GIT.
- Work in an agile environment.
Key Skills:
- 6+ years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or Architect.
- Proficient in web frameworks such as Next.js, Three.js, and ReactJs.
- Expertise in Back End technologies including Node.js and Python.
- Hands-on experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and MongoDB.
- Experience with Front End technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms.
- Experience with Docker, GCP services, or AWS services.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A degree in computer science or a related field is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in agile methodologies.
