Summary: The Senior Full Stack Developer role involves leading the development efforts for a financial services company in Bristol, focusing on both front-end and back-end technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development efforts as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on front-end technologies.
- Collaborate within an Agile technology team to design, develop, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues.
- Work across the full tech stack and cloud technologies, preferably Azure, on the back end.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support for their skill development.
- Explore new technologies and manage DevOps and deployment processes.
Key Skills:
- Strong full stack JavaScript development skills.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, and proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
- Advocate of clean coding standards.
- Expertise in cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
- Product-focused with good business acumen.
- Knowledge of APIs and web development practices, tools, technologies, and hosting patterns.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience with the full software development life cycle, including CI/CD and testing.
- Collaborative with Agile team experience and mentoring capabilities.
- Degree educated in Computer Science or a similar tech discipline.
