Key Responsibilities:
- Be a hands-on coder, spending significant time on the platform.
- Collaborate with the team, sharing and reviewing ideas, and mentoring team members on architecture and implementation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, embracing new languages, frameworks, containers, and cloud technologies.
- Maintain an inquisitive and curious mindset.
Key Skills:
- Good communication skills to demonstrate process and progress to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (Java or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience or familiarity with core platform frameworks and libraries: Spring Boot, ReactJS, React Native, Docker.
- Familiarity with Linux environment.
- Enjoyment of participating in the full lifecycle of software products from idea and design to implementation and operational considerations.
