Key Role Responsibilities
- Platform Development: Build and scale React, Next.js (SSR/SSG), and TypeScript applications.
- Architecture & Code Quality: Maintain shared UI component libraries in a monorepo setup and drive Core Web Vitals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with client product owners, designers, and business stakeholders in Agile sprints.
- DevOps & AI Tools: Utilize AWS (S3, CDN), GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Front End and web application engineering.
- Core Tech Stack: React, Next.js, TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, Context API, Webpack, and Babel.
- Testing & Infrastructure: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Docker, and AWS.
- Bonus Skills: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), FCA-regulated financial/asset management background, and Schema.org SEO implementation
