Key Responsibilities:
- Influence key architectural decisions, including framework selection, design patterns, & scalability strategies.
- Drive advanced performance enhancements by profiling JavaScript execution, optimizing rendering, minimizing memory leaks, & implementing techniques like server-side rendering (SSR) & static site generation (SSG).
- Design & implement sophisticated state management solutions to efficiently handle complex application logic.
- Uphold front-end security best practices, mitigating vulnerabilities in alignment with industry standards.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, & DevOps teams to streamline development workflows & CI/CD integration.
- Guide junior & mid-level developers through mentorship, code reviews, & knowledge sharing to enhance overall team capabilities.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience as a React Developer with strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, & React.
- Skilled in using design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar for wireframing, prototyping, & creating interactive mock-ups.
- Hands-on experience conducting UX research, usability testing, & gathering user feedback to inform & refine design decisions.
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices & screen sizes.
- Ability to interpret & translate complex functional & non-functional business requirements into well-considered, effective solutions.

About the role:
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, your task will be to deliver intuitive, best-in-class interfaces, whilst integrating seamlessly across existing web applications.
