Summary: Senior FIX Client Connectivity Analyst needed for a large Investment Bank in London to enhance external connections within the investment platform. The role requires extensive experience with FIX Connectivity in an Investment Banking IT environment and knowledge of the FIX protocol. The analyst will provide technical support, manage network operations, and assist in client onboarding. Familiarity with Fidessa is advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 support for FIX connectivity, monitoring, and issue resolution for buy-side clients.
- Help onboard clients and integrate various financial systems (OMS, IBOR) via the FIX network.
- Support and manage the Charles River Network (CRN) for electronic trading.
- Work with financial data domains (positions, transactions, performance).
Key Skills:
- Awareness of the FIX protocol (versions 4.2, 4.4, 5.0) and XML.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Experience with investment management software (like Charles River) is a plus.
- Interest in financial services and electronic trading.

Senior FIX Client Connectivity Analyst required by large Investment Bank, based in London to work within the banks crucial investment platform to develop external connections.
You will have recent and extensive FIX Connectivity experience working within an Investment Banking IT environment. Detailed knowledge of the FIX protocol. Experience of the Fidessa is only a nice to have. Experience of testing Front Office trading systems. Experience of working with external network vendors such as Bloomberg, Autex and TNS.
Responsibilities
