Summary: The Senior Findur Developer will collaborate with Business Analysts to implement solutions within Findur, addressing stakeholder needs. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams to enhance business processes. The position is a 12-month contract with potential for long-term extension, based in Basel, Switzerland, with a hybrid working arrangement. Candidates should possess relevant technical expertise and experience in financial instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and test enhancements and bug fixes in Findur;
- Document design and implementation decisions;
- Interact with other IT groups in the organization for systems design, integration, standards, and change management.
Key Skills:
- Experienced in development with Findur/Endur and OpenComponents;
- Programming experience in Java/.NET;
- Ideally experience with Apache Kafka (Cloudera), Kubernetes (OpenShift);
- Nice to have: ArgoCD, Azure DevOps and/or GitHub enterprise CI/CD;
- Solid knowledge of design and integration patterns, particularly event-driven architecture;
- Experience working with distributed systems architecture;
- Solid level of exposure in financial instruments, trade life cycle, and operations;
- Fluency in English.
