We are partnering with a private equity-backed care home group undergoing a significant period of transformation, performance improvement and growth. With a current portfolio of c.12 homes and a clear strategy to scale ahead of a future exit, the business is building a best-in-class finance function to support its ambitions. As part of this journey, they are seeking a high-calibre Senior FP&A Analyst to strengthen financial planning, insight, and decision support across the group.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping financial insight and driving performance across a multi-site care portfolio. This is not a reporting role—it’s a commercially focused position where your analysis will directly influence strategic decisions, operational performance, and value creation. You will operate at the heart of the business, working closely with senior stakeholders across finance and operations in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment.

The Candidate

You will be a commercially minded FP&A professional with experience operating in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent

Strong FP&A experience with exposure to budgeting, forecasting and modelling

Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight

Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders

Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets
