Senior Financial Modeller (Treasury)

We are partnering with a leading global Natural Resources group to find an experienced Treasury professional for an initial 3–6 month contract, starting in August.

This is a high-impact interim role sitting within the Group Treasury function, reporting to the Assistant Treasurer, with a strong focus on financial modelling and strategic presentation work

What you'll be doing:

• Leading liquidity and leverage modelling across cash flow and balance sheet forecasts
• Running scenario analysis on macro variables, funding structures and working capital
• Turning modelling outputs into board and committee papers
• Hedge forecasting and strategic hedging analysis (commodity, FX, interest rate)
• Engaging with banks, bondholders and credit rating agencies
• Monitoring covenant compliance and reviewing treasury elements of disclosures

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years' Finance and/or Treasury experience
• Expert-level financial modelling, this is the core of the role
• Strong grasp of large capital structures, big debt structures and banking relationships
• ACA/ACCA/ACT qualified
• Confident preparing and presenting strategic materials for senior stakeholders
• Energy, mining, telecoms, construction, utilities background
