Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for existing reporting solutions, ensuring data integrity and recommending additional reporting requirements.
• Develop and support the EMEA PHARM SigniFi AFO-reporting platform.
• Manage legacy reporting on Tableau and assist with documentation of operational processes.
• Understand financial impacts of reconciling issues and work with data integrity teams.
• Business partner with stakeholders to shape reporting requirements and deliver enhancements.
• Support commercial analysts in utilizing reporting solutions and deliver end-user training.
• Act as an intermediary between system and business to resolve issues and provide feedback.
