Summary: The Senior Analyst, Finance Systems role is a 12-month contract position based in London, focusing on optimizing finance systems and processes within a global television production environment. The position requires expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and involves supporting multi-country finance operations. The analyst will play a crucial role in system enhancements, stakeholder management, and compliance with financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert for Just Produce (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) within Finance
- Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements
- Support and optimise finance processes including GL, AP, project budgeting & costing
- Manage and troubleshoot NAV integrations and NAV–SAP interfaces
- Assist with reporting system upgrades and financial data reconciliation
- Develop and execute UAT and test plans
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing system support
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit, and governance standards
Key Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in finance systems analysis
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics NAV / Navision
- Solid understanding of core finance processes
- Experience with SAP, integrations, SQL, and Excel
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

This role sits within a Finance Planning & Analysis team and plays a key part in optimising finance systems, processes, and reporting.
