Summary: The Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for delivering accurate and insightful reporting to support decision-making within a real estate business. This newly created role requires building reporting and analysis from the ground up, necessitating a high level of initiative and self-motivation. The position is office-based in Central London and will transition from an interim to a permanent role after three months. The analyst will work closely with the finance team and senior leadership to drive financial insights and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), reporting packs, and commercial insights that inform and influence decision-making.
- Analyse underlying data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive commercial growth.
- Work confidently with complex data sets, primarily from Salesforce and other internal sources.
- Spot inefficiencies and proactively propose solutions: automate processes, optimise workflows, and elevate reporting standards.
- Research and assess emerging AI tools, automation platforms, and data-driven business development strategies.
- Translate statistical insights into actionable strategies, identifying new revenue streams and business opportunities.
- Develop systems, scripts, and workflows.
- Implement commercial AI solutions to accelerate revenue growth.
- Communicate effectively with various levels and departments across the company.
Key Skills:
- A finance background and relevant experience to the role, most likely as an Analyst.
- A background in automating processes.
- Exceptional Excel and data manipulation skills for large datasets.
- Grounded in Financial Fundamentals: possesses a solid base in accounting.
- NetSuite and/or Salesforce experience is ideal (but not essential).

This is a newly created role, and you will need to build the reporting and analysis from scratch. It’s important to have a high level of initiative and self-motivation, as you will be the expert in MI and analysis, and you will drive it forward. Your role will work alongside the finance team and the senior leadership team. The company work in the office 5 days a week, they are based in Central London, in the City.
