Summary: The Senior Finance Manager role involves leading commercial finance operations within a prominent global retail brand based in central London. Key Responsibilities:
- Active member of the Retail Development Leadership Team
- Drives long-term channel development, including preparing business cases for new stores
- Partners on real estate management and strategy, including store lease renewals
- Works on key strategic projects (Retail Platform, Contract re-negotiations…)
- Measures effectiveness and ROI on store investments such as store maintenance & store fit-out
- Ensures the right financial guardrails and governance is in place for store investment decisions
- Provides financial support on store optimization initiatives – including prioritization of the right activities, measurement, and benefits tracking
- Oversees three motivated Commercial Finance Managers

About the Role
I am recruiting a 12 month Senior Finance Manager role with this exciting business in central London. Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 3 days at home. You will be an adept, strategic and high-performing commercial finance operative who has manage teams in previous roles. Collaborating comfortably with retail development teams and your peers on this SLT you will drive to ensure the best outcomes for the businesses stores and relocations.
Responsibilities

Pay range and compensation package
Day rate inside IR35 for the 12 month period £500-£525 ideally but upward flex for the right candidate will be considered. Extension could be a possibility and the business has a strong track record of retaining contractors longer-term.
