Summary: The Bank of England is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner for a 12-month hybrid contract, requiring two days per week in the London office. The role focuses on analyzing the cost base of the Bank’s support functions and identifying cost-saving initiatives. The successful candidate will create financial models to support decision-making within the Location Strategy project team. This position is classified as inside IR35 and requires SC Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working within the Location Strategy project team responsible for analyzing the cost base of the Bank’s support functions
• Supporting the projects team to identify cost savings initiatives for the Bank’s support functions and establishing a framework to effectively manage their finances
• Creating financial models to analyze different scenarios to help the decision-making process in the respective Local Strategy Programme Board meeting

• Stakeholder Management skills at all levels
• Project/Programme delivery experience
• Financial modelling experience
• SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks
