Summary: The Senior Finance Assistant role involves supporting financial operations within a prominent organization in Peterborough. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the purchase order process is adhered to, goods and services are notified and entered in a timely manner
- Provide support to resolve purchase order and payment queries
- Completion of reconciliations under guidance from financial/management accounts team
- Monitor and report on compliance within the business on purchase card use
- Support administration of staff expenses
- Collate reports and data under guidance from the financial control or management accounts teams
- Respond to emails in central inbox efficiently and effectively
Key Skills:
- 3 years experience in a senior finance role
- Good Excel skills
- Available at short notice
- Live within 1 hour of Peterborough
