Key Responsibilities:
- Regular financial reporting and analysis.
- Conducting formal investment appraisals to assess the financial viability of future development opportunities.
- Providing strategic financial advice to senior management and the company boards.
- Exploring and negotiating funding for capital acquisitions from the shareholder or other stakeholders.
- Developing financial models and projections, including the 30-year business plan, to support decision-making.
Key Skills:
- Full Professional accountancy level qualification, CCAB or CIMA (or finalist).
- Evidence of significant relevant continuing professional development (CPD).

Senior Finance Analyst
A Local Authority in North West London are looking to appoint a talented Senior Finance Analyst on an Interim basis, are working with Spencer Clarke Group to find a successful candidate.
What's on offer:
- Rates: £34 - £45 per hour, inside IR35.
*Negotiable based on experience

- Hybrid Working 1/2 day's per week
- 3-6 Months with a review to being extended
- Contract type: Contract (37 hrs a week)
- Hours: 09:00 -17:00
About the role:
