Summary: The Senior Finance Administrator role involves supporting the grant administration process for one of the UK's largest charitable trusts. This temporary position requires on-site work in Victoria for three days a week, with the initial induction period requiring full-time on-site attendance. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute grant payments and record financial information on accounting software.
- Work as part of the Finance Payments Team to perform payments, reconciliations, and controls.
- Process international payments, particularly to Africa.
- Maintain filing and accurate record keeping.
- Support the ongoing development of finance systems and ad hoc projects.
- Collaborate proactively with the finance team to enhance support for the trust.
Key Skills:
- Experience in grant administration and financial processes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Athena or similar software.
- Experience in processing international payments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
