Key Responsibilities:
- Provide EUC support in Windows and MS365 environments.
- Act as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd line support.
- Build and configure SCCM, Intune, and Configuration Manager.
- Install and troubleshoot standard applications such as Adobe and Office.
- Support Teams and conference/telephony devices.
- Manage vulnerabilities, patching, and error logs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and associated hardware.
- Support Active Directory and Exchange Online.
- Ensure strong change and incident management practices.
Key Skills:
- Very strong Intune (including building).
- Solid SCCM (including Configuration Manager).
- Strong infrastructure knowledge.
- Experience with M365 and O365.
- Knowledge of Exchange Online.
- Extensive Windows (7 & 10) knowledge.
- Familiarity with conference devices.
- Microsoft certifications (desirable).
- Experience in financial services or banking (desirable).
- Experience with migrations, mergers, and acquisitions (desirable).

This is a fantastic Senior EUC Engineer contract opportunity to join a leading London based tech company.
The Senior EUC Engineer role is Hybrid with 2 days a week in the central London office remote the rest.
This Senior EUC Engineer contract Outside IR35.
As Senior EUC Engineer you will be working in Windows, MS365 environments helping a range of users both in person and remote as well acting as the escalation point for 1st/2nd Line. As Senior EUC Engineer you will be responsible for SCCM, Intune and Configuration Manager so previous commercial experience building and configuring with these (as opposed to just using) is essential. The Senior EUC Engineer will also install and troubleshoot standard apps such as Adobe & Office etc and occasional support of Teams and Conference & telephony devices. The focus of the Senior EUC Engineer will be general EUC support particularly around Infrastructure within a Windows 11, 10 and 7 environment. As Senior EUC Engineer in depth Microsoft Office 365 and general associated hardware, Servers etc is essential. As Senior EUC Engineer, Active Directory, Exchange Online and usual experience with laptops and mobile devices are essential as is some exposure to Azure. Strong Change/Incident Management is essential as Senior EUC Engineer as is vulnerabilities, patching and keeping error logs up to date. As Senior EUC Engineer Financial service, banking or Microsoft certifications are desirable.
