Location: North West England, hybrid

Rate: Circa £400-450 per day

Contract: Initial 3-months (rolling)

Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for an experienced interim estates and commercial property professional to support a local authority property team in managing and optimising a diverse commercial and investment portfolio.

This is a hands-on estates management role focused on landlord and tenant matters, commercial negotiations, and delivering practical property solutions across a varied estate.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial and investment property interests
• Leading on landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, rent reviews and new lettings
• Negotiating lease re-gears, surrenders and other portfolio transactions as required
• Handling dilapidations, service charge issues, rent arrears and related queries
• Supporting disposals and acquisitions activity where needed
• Instructing and managing external agents and working closely with legal colleagues
• Producing clear written updates and maintaining accurate property records and databases

About you:

• Strong commercial estates management background (public sector experience essential)
• Confident across landlord and tenant casework and negotiations
• Comfortable working with legal teams, stakeholders and external consultants
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied caseload in a pressured environment
• RICS qualification (or progression towards) beneficial
