We are recruiting Senior Enterprise Architects across four areas:
- Commercial Markets
- Business & Commercial Banking
- Data & AI
- Technology Strategy & Innovation
The roles will support the development and assurance of end-to-end architectures, shape target-state designs and roadmaps, and work closely with delivery, engineering, platform and senior business stakeholders.
Responsibilities include architecture governance, transition states, design roadmaps, technology strategy and adoption of Architecture as Code.
Commercial Markets
Strong architecture experience within Investment Banking/Markets, with broad knowledge across cloud, integration, data and infrastructure. Murex and Azure experience are desirable.
Business & Commercial Banking
Experience addressing architecture challenges across Commercial Banking and Finance, with strong stakeholder management and modern technology expertise.
Data & AI
Strong experience across cloud data platforms, distributed systems, Real Time streaming, ETL/ELT, data modelling and enterprise data management. Exposure to AI, Data Contracts and governance tools such as Collibra, Purview, Dataplex or Ataccama is beneficial.
Technology Strategy & Innovation
Experience shaping technology strategy, future-state roadmaps, investment priorities and executive-level recommendations. Relevant themes include AI, Digital Assets, Digital Identity, Composability and the Future of Banking.
Candidates should be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across CTO, CIO, Architecture, Engineering and Business teams and translating complex technology challenges into clear architectural direction.
