Summary: The role of Senior Engineer involves overseeing the engineering aspects of groundworks and steel frame packages for a leading contractor in the Steel frame and Groundworks sector. This position is a 12-month contract that requires collaboration with project management and compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in setting out groundworks and drainage, along with a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting and working with the Project Manager and foreman.
- Site set up and compliance with health and safety.
- Heavy QA, ITPs RAMS.
- Raising technical queries on design issues.
Key Skills:
- CSCS card.
- SMSTS or SSSTS – Desirable, not essential.
- Previous experience setting out ground works and drainage.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Time Served.
