- Apply root cause analysis (RCA) techniques to understand complex system dependencies and software integration challenges.
- Identify areas of process weakness and proactively highlight where additional support or intervention is required to meet project milestones.
Key Skills:
- Expert knowledge of defect management processes and industry-standard tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
- Solid understanding of software integration principles and complex system dependencies within an engineering environment.
- Proficiency in developing metrics and dashboards to drive actionable insights.
- Experience working within structured PMO or program team environments; familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions on sensitive or high-pressure technical matters.
- Strong background in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving methodologies.
- High level of rigor regarding process discipline and data integrity.
