Role: Senior Engineer

Duration: 12 months contract

Description: The main function of a Senior Engineer is to perform a wide variety of installation, configuration, development and upgrading of services within our Contact technologies platform. These include systems such as Genesys Pure Engage, Kana Response, Filenet and some bespoke inhouse systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete configuration, installation and support of equipment to the specifications of the business
  • Maintain software applications and operating systems through regular maintenance
  • Maintain configuration and support documentation
  • Manage assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives
  • Development of our inhouse solutions.
  • Work closely with our support team and other areas to provide expert knowledge on our contact centre solutions

Experience: Knowledge of Databases, elasticsearch, kibana, logstash, Grafana and Beats would be desirable.
