Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out and engineering control of highways works
- Overseeing day-to-day engineering activities on site
- Managing and mentoring Site Engineers and junior staff
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
- Carrying out QA checks and ensuring accurate as-built records
- Liaising with the Site Agent, subcontractors, and design teams
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Engineer on highways or civil engineering projects
- Strong setting out and surveying experience
- Sound knowledge of highways specifications and construction methods
- CSCS card (essential)
- SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage engineering teams
- Right to work in the UK

This role will suit a Senior Engineer with strong setting-out, technical, and coordination experience on large-scale highways or civil engineering schemes.
