Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple engagements and ensure successful delivery of services.
  • Oversee senior stakeholder management across various business areas.
  • Create and manage Statements of Work (SoW) and deliverables to clients.
  • Handle budget management, forecasts, and month-end reporting.
  • Coordinate project team members and manage resource allocation.
  • Address people issues and ensure appropriate resources for engagements.
  • Manage all aspects of delivery including risks, issues, scope, cost, and timeline.
  • Provide regular progress and financial reporting for commercial arrangements.
  • Create and manage Microsoft project planning.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during platform delivery initiatives.
  • Define and document scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with clients.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status updates, and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate regular progress reviews and lessons learned sessions.
  • Drive quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
  • Champion change management and adoption strategies.
  • Report on key performance indicators and engagement outcomes to leadership.

An Engagement Manager is required to manage a number of Engagements. There is a wide range of services that are supported, maintained in this exciting, challenging, role.

The Role Will Include

  • Senior Stakeholder management across multiple areas of the business
  • SoW creation and management of our deliverables to the client
  • Responsibility for actuals, forecasts, budget management, month-end reporting
